END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD LOGO & ASSOCIATED (IMPRUMADA)

GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD. (GOSCAM)

NOTICE TO USER:
THIS IS A CONTRACT. BY USING THE GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD. LOGO AND/OR DISPLAYING THE "BE SAFE WITH GOSCAM" LOGO YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD grants to you a non-exclusive limited license to use the GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD Logo, provided that you agree to the following:

1. Use of the GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD Logo and/or icons.
You may use the GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD for content on your World Wide Web site under the terms of this agreement. GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD shall review your site, and a decision not to allow the GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD Logo to be displayed does not affect acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement. You agree that your site content will accurately reflect GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD Logo at all times. At such time that your site content is revised or updated, you agree to apply for a new GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD Logo if the updated or revised content requires such application procedure.

If content is misrepresented or misidentified for the purpose of soliciting minors or for any other purpose, GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD retains the right to refuse to issue, or to revoke your license to use the GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD Logo and the 'Be safe with Goscam' icons. It is understood that misuse of the GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD Logo in violation of this agreement may result in additional legal penalties not listed.

2. Terms
GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD retains the exclusive right to verify site ratings and issue a GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD Logo. The one-year license may automatically be renewed for additional one-year periods by GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD without further notice. GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD will contact you if your license is not automatically renewed.

3. Copyright.
The GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD Logo is owned by GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD. GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD Logo is also protected by Australian, European, & United States Copyright Law. You agree not to modify, adapt, or otherwise attempt to misuse the GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD Logo. Use of our trademark, 'Be safe with Swann', or our logo is limited only to identify use of the GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD, in accordance with accepted trademark practice. Such use of any certification trademark does not give you any rights of ownership in that trademark. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD Logo.

4. Governing Law and General Provisions.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. & State of Victoria, Australia, excluding the application of its conflicts of law rules. If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon failure by you to comply with its terms.

This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by an authorized officer of GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD

You indicate your acceptance of the foregoing Agreement by using GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD Logo by inserting a GOSPELL Smarthome Electronic CO.,LTD Logo into your World Wide Web site and/or displaying the certified "Be safe with GOSCAM" logo on your World Wide Web site.
